What happens in a CRF Personal training session?
Each session begins with the CRF signature pilates warm up. We proceed with your tailored program designed specifically for your body type, level and goals. Our CRF trainers specialize in shredding/leaning the body, building strength and endurance while aligning your entire body through the core. We finish your session with a grounding meditation and stretch.
What’s included in your CRF Personal training service?
The NAKED SCALE is revolutionary and the first of its kind. With this new technology, our Personal training team will accurately track your PROGRESS in full detail. It includes your body fat percentages, lean mass, fat mass, overall weight and full body measurements in less than 20 seconds. The Naked scale uses infrared light to capture your 3D body model, which is visualized on the Naked app to help you better understand your body and progress. This is GAME CHANGING!
We also offer TheraGun muscle release service to aid in client’s muscle recovery. The TheraGun is a vital tool to speed up the recovery process. It drives blood flow and oxygen to the injured or recovering area, which drives lactic acid away, resulting in a looser joint. That allows our trainers to truly work with each client to accelerate their recovery.
Lastly, with every PT offering, you receive a Free Naked Body Scan to track your results. We recommend doing a Body Scan every 60 days.
Do I have full access to the gym amenities?
Yes! ONLY with a special CRF membership discount for gym membership and access. Please inquire with our Enrollment team to get started with this membership.
PERSONAL TRAINING LATE CANCEL POLICY
A 24 hour notice is required for Personal training sessions to be cancelled. One session will be deducted from your existing package if you do not allow 24 hours for cancellation. Circumstances beyond one’s control such as death, fire, flood etc. will be considered.

For your FIRST TIME VISIT, please provide your COVID19 vaccination record and photo I.D.
We maintain a clean facility. We will continue to do so and will be thoroughly sanitizing the equipment before, during, and after each session.
For clients who are not ready to come back into the studio just yet, we will continue to offer Virtual and In-Home/Outdoor Personal Training for a 360-customized experience for YOU!
If you feel sick, please stay home.
Exercise is not only counterproductive when you are sick, but it is also a safety concern right now. To help protect the well-being of our community, we have also instructed our staff to stay home if experiencing even the slightest of symptoms.
We are monitoring local, state, and federal guidelines as well as using common sense.
