CRF IN-STUDIO POLICIES
Please arrive 10 minutes before class start time.
All of our CRF offerings are 50 minutes.
Mats and equipment are provided by CRF.
COMMUNITY OFFERINGS EXPIRATIONS
THE SNACK (SINGLE CRF LIVE or IN-STUDIO CLASS) expires in 14 days after sale date
CURIOUS COMMUNITY (3 PACK CRF LIVE or IN-STUDIO CLASSES) expires 1 month after first visit.
EMPOWERED ADVENTURER (6 PACK OF CRF LIVE or IN-STUDIO CLASSES) expires 1 months after your first visit.
CONSISTENT COMMUNITY (10 PACK CRF LIVE or IN-STUDIO CLASSES expires in 2 months after first visit)
DEVOTED COMMUNITY (monthly unlimited group pass expires after 1 month)
GROUP FITNESS LATE CANCEL POLICY
CRF Group Fitness offerings are eligible for early-cancellation 12 hours in advance, with no fee and no class deducted from your account.
CRF Group Fitness offerings late-cancelled less than 12 hours before class start time, you will be charged a $10 late cancel fee and the class will be deducted from your account.
GROUP FITNESS NO -SHOW POLICY
CRF Group Fitness offerings that are late-cancelled and is a NO-SHOW, you will be charged a $15 no-show fee and the offering will be deducted from your account.
Do I need prior experience to join a community offering?
No experience necessary, all fitness levels are welcome!
Our CRF instructors will inquire about any injuries or ailments at the beginning of each class. Modifications will be offered to you throughout the offering. Safety first!
How do I reserve my spot in a community offering?

Sign up and register on the app
Once registered, choose which offerings works best for your schedule and lifestyle.
We offer classes Monday through Saturdays.
Do I need to reserve a spot in advance?
Our Group Fitness Offerings book out quickly. It is best to reserve your spot at least one week in advance, this way we can guarantee your reservation.
You can also reserve your exact mat location, but only on our Core Rhythm Fitness App.
What should I wear?
For all CRF Group Fitness offerings, a breathable t-shirt or workout top are ideal, with shorts, pants, leggings or capris and standard athletic shoes.
Shoes are required.
Do I have full access to the gym amenities?
Yes! ONLY with a special CRF membership discount for gym membership and access. Please inquire with our Enrollment team to get started with this membership.
What should I bring?
Bottled water, a positive attitude and great energy!

COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS
Your safety is our top priority.
We are adjusting our requirements according to the CDC.
For your FIRST TIME VISIT, please provide your COVID19 vaccination record and photo I.D.
We maintain a clean facility. We will continue to do so and will be thoroughly sanitizing the equipment before, during, and after each session.
For clients who are not ready to come back into the studio just yet, we will continue to offer Virtual and In-Home/Outdoor Personal Training for a 360-customized experience for YOU!
If you feel sick, please stay home.
Exercise is not only counterproductive when you are sick, but it is also a safety concern right now. To help protect the well-being of our community, we have also instructed our staff to stay home if experiencing even the slightest of symptoms.
We are monitoring local, state, and federal guidelines as well as using common sense.
